Gus's Story

Gus is a 6 month old soft-souled, sweet puppy who approaches the world with a little extra thought and a whole lot of heart. While he’s on the quieter side, give him a few minutes and a kind touch, and you’ll see his confidence bloom as he leans in for love.

Gus is neutered, vaccinated, and a wonderful companion. He does great with other dogs, is comfortable around cats, and is gentle with small children. He’s the kind of pup who will thrive in a patient, loving home where he can grow at his own pace and reward you with deep loyalty and sweetness. If you’re looking for a tender, affectionate puppy with a calm presence, Gus may be your perfect match!

Gus is being fostered in Siloam Springs AR.

Wilber's Rescue Foundation's Adoption Policy
We have an application that must be filled out. We will contact you within 24 hours to review your application verbally and answer any questions you may have about a potential pet. After that we schedule a meet and greet with potential families. If the vibes are good we proceed with a foster to adopt trial- ALL adoptable animals must go through a 2 weeks trial. This gives the adopting family 2 weeks to decide if it's the right fit and provides a 2 week respite for the foster family while also holding the pet's foster spot open incase it is not the right fit! If it is the right fit then at the end of the 2 weeks we will sign adoption contracts and have adoption fees paid.
