Meet Gus

How is Gus not adopted yet?!?!?!?! Gus is a super sweet, loving, playful 3–4-year-old male Puggle mix who came to us from another shelter. Gus is affectionate (loves cuddles and kisses), smart, and wants to please. He knows sit, paw, stay and come. Gus is a great companion and enjoys being with his humans. Did someone say road trip? Gus loves the car! And at about 35 lbs, he is quite portable! Gus has lots of energy which makes him a great walking and hiking buddy; however, he also likes to lounge once he's been exercised. This boy loves his crate at night and even puts himself to bed! Gus needs to be the only pet in the home, but he is doing fantastic when walking past other dogs while on a leash. While Gus has made great progress with his training while in a foster home, Gus should have ongoing training to help him maintain everything he has learned so far.
