Gunner's Story

Meet Gunner from Mazie’s Mission!

Gunner is just under 4 years old, and is the sweetest boy! He is playful and loving, and loves a good belly rub! He is an inside dog who loves hanging outside. No digging, and no excessive barking. Wahoo! He is a big boy, 78 pounds! And he loves to play with his people, for this reason we suggest her go to a home with big kids only. He LOVES playing and napping with people! Gunner warms up to resident dogs after very slow introductions, but new dogs and dogs on walk will get a big reaction from Gunner! He needs a confident dog handle when he is out on walks to be sure he doesn’t pull you away!! Gunner is crate trained, but he would rather be lounging with his people when they are home. He is very well potty trained! Gunner came to our rescue after being found as a stray with a severely injured ear. The kind people at Mazie’s Mission fixed his ear, and his fosters gave him all the love and care to get him ready for adoption. Now the time has come! If you think Gunner is a match for you please apply to adopt him. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. www.maziesmission.org/adopt
