I few months ago, I was with a different rescue but because of my deafness, SNARR took me in. I'm new to this learning sign language and what my teachers are trying to get from me but give me time- i'm going to figure it out!
I'm a rather large boy, just shy of 75lbs...and I have been known to forget how big I am when i'm playing with other animals. At my foster home, there's a few horses that i'm no longer to hang out with since I keep nipping their legs to try to get them to pay attention to me. Other dogs, I have been known to be rather rambunctious with so a home with a dog that can handle that would be best. Also, because of my lack of size knowledge, it is not recommended that I go to a home with cats or any other small animals because I could unintentionally hurt them when all I mean to do is play. I'm just an enormous puppy!
My foster says i'm very sweet & once i trust you, i'm extremely loyal & my goofy personality comes out.
For the first week & a half of being in my new foster home I was nervous & would cry whenever I couldn't see her but have since calmed enough that i'm ok for about 4 hours alone or about 6 hours with another dog to keep me company.
