Grim's Story

Grim is a big love bug with his people, he is curious about the world around him and has a playful side that is so darn cute! He is happy to lay with you on the couch, play with you, play with his favorite toy, or run around to get his zoomies out, and then crash on the couch for a nap, he’s the best of both worlds 🥹

He has been awesome with the kids in his foster home and has shown no signs of being bothered by other dogs and has only wanted to engage in play with them. His foster does not have cats so how he is with them is unknown. He is loving car rides and sticking his head out to smell all the good smells. He walks *wonderfully* on a leash, he will make a wonderful walking buddy! He loves to lay down with his back legs stretched out which is quite adorable! 🐶

Upon first introduction he can be a little shy when meeting new people, but warms up pretty quickly, and when he does he’ll be your best friend and stick with you and your family. He will be someone’s or some families’ very loyal companion for life! 💙

From the short time we’ve had him he shows great promise in becoming consistent with following commands such as sit and stay, as he is food motivated and acts as if he’s heard these commands some before 🐾

He seems to *tolerate* a crate, but in general would rather be by your side if he had the choice. Being alone in general is not his favorite, you might hear him whimper some after being put in a crate. His dislikes would be being alone and being in the crate. If he is put in a crate at night he’d prefer the crate to be in sight of/near his person/people and not in total darkness as well 🐶

He’s guessed to be 4 years old and 60lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4DX negative. He is a great dog and with the right fit is going to be an awesome best friend to someone or some family ❤️
