You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a dog. If you live with parents or if you rent a home, written permission is required to adopt a dog. The permission must be signed and dated by a parent or landlord and must indicate the address where the dog will be kept. It is mandatory that all dogs adopted from the shelter be spayed or neutered. The majority of the dogs available for adoption were found as strays, as a result we must assume they have not been vaccinated. Vaccinations are not included unless otherwise indicated by shelter personnel.
