This situation is URGENT! Metro Detroit! Gregg is living 24/7 tethered in the basement, going out to potty, some time in his 10’x10’ kennel, then back to the basement tethered. He DESERVES to experience life inside of a home with a family that allows him to live inside the main home. We are specifically looking for an adopter OR foster-to-adopt.
