Grandpa's Story

Meet Grandpa
Imagine spending your entire life waiting for the day someone finally says, “You’re home.” That’s Grandpa’s story.

Grandpa is a 3-year-old Husky mix who has spent his entire life in rescue. He and his siblings were found living outdoors, trying to survive on their own and facing dangers no dog should have to face. He was picked up off the streets and has been waiting in rescue ever since.

But somehow, through it all, Grandpa never lost his faith in people. He is an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loving boy who is ready for the life he should have had all along.

And Grandpa is not just a survivor — he’s an amazing family dog! He is wonderful with other dogs, great with cats, and absolutely LOVES kids. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of a family and soak up all the love he’s been missing.

He’s also got some great manners already! Grandpa is kennel trained, leash trained, and house trained. He’s done so much hard work and is more than ready to take those final steps with a family of his own.

After spending his whole life waiting, Grandpa deserves to finally know what it feels like to have a home, a family, and a couch to call his own.

Grandpa has already survived the hard part. Now he just needs someone to give him the happy ending he’s been waiting for. Could you be the family he’s been dreaming of?

OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE.
