Graciela's Story

Graciela (Gracie to her buddies) is a bootiful baby girl with some really interesting looks. Some say she looks a little Alien, some say a little supermodel, a touch of gazelle if you will. How much of Gracie is cocker spaniel?? Your guess is as good as ours, but we can tell you that her DNA test is pending and no matter what it ends up revealing, she’s a doll and a half. Gracie has about 2 minutes of shyness (perhaps less) and then she’s alllll about the kissing. She's incredibly affectionate and LOVES to snuggle up, preferably right on your chest. This sweetie is quite long-legged, but oh so petitely boned. She barely weighs a minute so she’s easy to tuck up in your arms, something that she wholeheartedly approves of. She’s still a baby—not quite 5 months old and less than 15lbs, so we don't think she's going to end up being a very big girl unless she ends up getting into some magical growth kibble--our guess is she will remain cocker sized. She is still every bit a puppy, so yes that means that you should probably not leave her unattended around the Christmas decorations as she tends to make toys out of pretty much everything. She loves all people and other dogs--cats are a bit of an unknown. We'd love to hear your guesses on what her mix might be with all this merle coloring and jumbo ears!<br/> Interested in Adoption? our adoptions require an approved application which you can find on our website. If you have an already approved application, the best way to reach us is via email at woof@austinocckerrescue.org We adopt to applicants who live within the State of Texas--we do not ship or transport dogs.
