Gracie the Anatolian's Story

Gracie is estimated to be about 4 years old. She is an Anatolian Shepherd weighing 71lbs. Gracie enjoys short walks but is most content cuddling with her people. She gets along great with other dogs and loves to play with her foster siblings. She is food motivated, loves car rides, not too interested in toys but maybe as she becomes more comfortable in a permanent home. Unknown with cats, however with her easygoing temperament, she likely would be fine. She is house trained and crate trained. She would be fine with children, but she is a little clumsy and given her size she may knock small children down.

Gracie is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her right front leg is crooked and we aren't sure if this is from an injury or she was born with it. She has been examined by a veterinarian. The leg does not seem to bother her at this time but may require pain medication when she is older. She is located in western Washington state. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy for cold winter nights watching Netflix, Gracie may be your girl.

?If you are interested in adopting Gracie, please fill out the application on our website at: https://www.westernaustralianshepherdrescue.com/adoption-application.html.

We only schedule meet n greets after a completed application which includes a home visit and reference checks.
