Gracie's Story

Meet Gracie. Gracie is a community dog in search of the bestest home. This is not a dog that's within our rescue. However, we are working to help facilitate this adoption to ensure her future is secure.

Valuable info:
DOB: October 18th 2024
Breed : Husky/German Shepherd
Not spayed BUT spay is required by new owners, in addition to updating all incomplete vetting
Up to date on Rabies and DHPP

Gracie was given to a friend along with her brother. However, these two babies didn't get the care they needed. In fact, they lacked even the basic necessities. After some time of this going on, the hoomans got evicted. This left Gracie and her brother homeless. They came to their current provider.

Thankfully, her needs ARE being met in her current home and she looks great now. Her brother was rehomed right away but as Gracie is female and unfixed (with a spay being a requirement), she has not found an amazing home yet. She has not been socialized with many other dogs BUT she was evaluated by our Rescue Behaviorist and did well with all types of dogs. She also really loved her brother and plays great with her Saint Bernard room mate. She is great with kids of all ages and is crate trained and house trained.

She is a companion and will not be an "outside only" dog. She's already trained to an invisible fence.

This beautiful girl is smart, friendly, fun-loving, and busting with energy. Interested adopters can message our page with questions or interest. She needs a home that's understanding of the breed, their intelligence, and their needs.
