Meet Gracie! Gracie says there is no such thing as a bad day after you've been rescued from a euthanasia list - every day is guaranteed to be a great day once you've survived that! Gracie is one of DOZENS and DOZENS of Upson County strays we have saved this year. Not much is known about her background, but none of that really matters now anyway. One of our favorite things about dogs is how they always live in the moment - Gracie doesn't care about whoever failed her by abandoning her to her own devices before. That's all in the past and she's way too busy looking forward to the amazing future she's going to have to worry about any of that! Gracie is about a year old and great with other dogs! As much as she has loved spending time with her foster family, she really just wants a family of her very own! Could it be you?! Rescue Me Ga Inc's Adoption Policy

We have an application process that we require for any adoption. The application can be found on our website at www.rmgdogs.org - its the first step in our process and required before we set up a time for you to meet the dog you are interested in …. ALL of our dogs are completely vetted - all vaccines - spay or neuter - dewormings - chip - heart worm tested and treated if needed and ready to be loved. WE are foster based which means our dogs are in homes or temporary boarding when we rescue them -- we know their personalities and what would be their best fit! Our dogs come from a rural Georgia shelter and often we take in surrenders from families facing difficult situations….. WE do post many dogs still in need at animal control as well as all who have been saved already that are in foster homes. We do NOT operate a facility where you can visit the dogs unless you contact us to possibly meet one already in a foster

RESCUE ME GEORGIA is a 501c3 non profit rescue group dedicated to saving dogs from a small rural shelter and county outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Since our start November of 2011, we have saved more than 5000 animals in need and have been able to be a part of so many lives changed!
