Grace's Story
Two-year-old Grace has packed a lifetime of challenges into her short life, and she’s met every single one with exactly what her name promises... grace. Abandoned in a rural area of Louisiana with her litter of pups, Grace did what good mamas do: she kept those babies safe all on her own. When they finally landed in a crowded shelter, their chances weren’t good—until One Love Animal Rescue pulled the entire family to safety. Grace’s next mountain? Heartworm treatment. And she conquered that, too. “From nurturing her pups to conquering heartworm, she’s ready for the love she’s always given.” Now, Grace is soaking up life in her foster home and showing everyone what a gem she is: Dog friendly Kid friendly (her very best buddy is a 2-year-old toddler ) House trained and crate trained Excellent indoor manners and a sweet, gentle soul Grace has given everything to her pups and survived what many dogs don’t. Now it’s her turn. She’s ready for a forever family who will be as devoted to her as she’s always been to others.
