Gournay's Story

Meet Gournay!

Gournay and her sister join us after being at E-Listed at county for being scared and shut down. The last few weeks they've been settling into their foster home and are doing amazing!

Gournay (black and white) and Friesan (tan and white) have spent the last few weeks decompressing, building confidence and working on basic skills. A few weeks ago, both dogs would walk leaning against each other - now they are able to walk on either side of their foster. Still shy to warm up, these girls are so sweet and have so much love to give. They've learned to love toys and playtime, followed by cuddles and a nap together. Gournay and Friesan are crate, house and potty trained and working on basic commands.

While these two love being around each other, their foster has taken the time to work with each dog individually to help build their confidence and independence. They are great with one another and would love to go to a home as sisters.

Gournay and Friesan have blossomed into sweet and playful girls. With continued training and confidence building they will grow into the most amazing dogs. They would enjoy an active home that will continue to provide them structure and routine.
