GOOSE's Story

Goose is a fun-sized boy who really needs a break—after spending a year at the shelter waiting for his very own home, he’s more than ready to fly this coop! He’s gentle and shy, taking treats very gently and looking to his people for love and reassurance. Goose is housebroken, knows “sit”, and so far has seemed pretty non-reactive to other animals, including cats, while on a leash. He would probably do well with another calm, respectful dog in the home, though we always recommend slow, managed introductions when bringing home a new pet to resident ones. Once he feels comfortable, Goose leans in for pets and cuddles and shows his sweet, loving nature. He would thrive in a patient, peaceful home that can help him build confidence at his own pace.
