Goose has had a difficult experience in the past and was previously attacked by another dog, so dog introductions should be slow, thoughtful, and allow him time to feel comfortable. With patience and proper introductions, Goose has shown that he can enjoy the company of canine friends.<br/><br/>Goose came to us as a stray and appears to have missed out on some basic training, but he is eager to learn! He is highly motivated by snacks. His leash skills are also a work in progress—there is just so much in the world for Goose to explore! With consistency and guidance, he is learning to focus on his person and become the best walking buddy he can be.<br/><br/>Because Goose is an active, curious young dog, he would do best in a home with a secure fenced-in yard where he can safely burn off energy, play, and enjoy some outdoor time. A family who can provide him with exercise, structure, and continued training will help Goose become the amazing companion we know he can be.<br/><br/>After some activity and adventure, Goose is happiest relaxing with his people and soaking up some well-earned snuggles.
