Goldie's Story

Meet Goldie! She is a 3yr old Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix who came to our shelter as an owner surrender. Goldie is a bit shy at first but after a few minutes and a gentle touch, Goldie will warm up and become your best friend! Goldie has passed her behavioral assessment but showed some minor food guarding which can be addressed/managed through consistency and obedience training. Goldie plays well with other dogs and would do best in a home with an active family and children (12+). Goldie will leave our shelter spayed, vaccinated and microchipped!
