Goldie is a lovely and sweet Hound (and Lab?) mix with an approximate DOB of February, 2024. She is a bit shy at first meeting, but quickly warms up. Her name definitely suits this girl -- she has a heart of gold and has quickly become a shelter favorite. <br/><br/>Goldie came to FOPAS from a rural shelter. With all the changes she has experienced, it's no wonder she is initially timid. Thanks to our dedicated and compassionate volunteers, Goldie is learning to trust and is enjoying her new adventures. She is a perfect size, seems to like other dogs, and is easy to walk on leash. She appears housebroken. To be fair, shelter dogs are required to wait longer than most to go outdoors. She is very attached to her caregiver and already knows how to use the doggie door."
