Gladys (Ms. G)'s Story

Gladys is a lovely girl who was unfortunately dealt a very raw hand in her early years of life. Not only was she abandoned by people who moved out of their home and left her behind, but she also was likely hit by a car at some point and ended up with a hip fracture.

Fast forward to today, and she’s a happy, calm, middle-aged lady! She had her hip repaired (she walks and runs so well, you’d never know it was ever an issue!), she’s spayed, and vaccinated! She loves to lay in the yard, roll around in the grass, and to luxuriate on the sofa! She enjoys going for walks and she walks nicely on a leash. She’s also house-trained and crate-trained! She’s lived nicely with cats in the past.

Gladys can be initially hesitant with new folks, especially men, so it’s important she go to a quiet home without a lot of folks coming and going. She’ll need thoughtful adopters who seek a sweet, quiet, (and somewhat lazy) companion who likes to go for a walk and then relax. She’ll need folks who are willing to give her time to slowly adjust to a new home. Your reward? The love of this beautiful, sweet, silly, deserving girl, who’s just waiting for her forever people to come along!

Please message us for more information!
