Glacier's Story
Meet Glacier, and gentle soul who will capture your heart with his loyal and loving nature. This curious and playful boy is always up for an adventure, whether it's exploring the great outdoors or snuggling up on the couch. Glacier is a 2-3 year old Great Pyrenees who comes to our Rescue from Georgia. Glacier was found in a kennel where he was surrendered by his person- the landlord said who could no longer keep him. Glacier lived with kids, cats and other dogs, and can do that in your home ans well. Glacier was treated for Heartworm disease, and needs to rest for a few weeks, but he is very laid back so keeping him calm will not be an issue…and you would be getting a great dog, a gentle giant. Glacier is big and at 80lbs, he still needs to gain some weight. Right now, you see fluff- but to get healthy he needs to pack in some weight and fill out that frame. You would be getting an adorable, lovable, housebroken Great Pyrenees that is great on a leash, and good with dogs, cats and kids. What’s not to love?!

Glacier is Fostered in CT and can go to Approved Adopters in CT RI NH VT NJ NY & MA- email janine@changealifedogrescue.org AND submit an application TODAY.

Here is the link to our application:

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CALR/Dog
