Gizmo's Story

Meet Gizmo and Gadget. This is an unforgettable mother-daughter duo who was surrendered to a shelter due to no fault of their own.

These two are besties. Joined at the hip. They go everywhere together. After careful evaluation, the behavior team at the other shelter truly believes these two are bonded and should stay together.

They had three other dog friends at home and love to play with every dog they meet. Does your dog play rough? Play gentle? These girls can do it all.

They are extremely affectionate. That means double the love, double the hugs, and double the fun! They lived with kids but these dogs are big girls and could knock over a toddler trying to snag a kiss, so we're looking for a home with older kids (or none), please.

They were house trained and crate trained but will need to learn your routine, like any new dog.
We've been told that one of the five dogs in their former home fatally hurt a cat, but no one knows which one, so out of an abundance of caution, a feline free home is needed.
