Girard's Story

Girard is a 4-5 year old pit bull who was found wandering on Girard Avenue in town, hence his name. He is currently waiting for a forever home at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter. He is an active dog who loves who loves to play fetch with his ball as you can see from his photos! Girard needs further training in doggy manners and walking nicely on a leash; however, he is food motivated to that end. He does need to be the only pet and a home with older children only is recommended.
