Ginger's Story

Ginger is a 5 year old female and she is not spayed yet. She will be required to be spayed after she is placed in her new home.

Ginger is retiring from her career as a show dog and is ready for a life of leisure in her forever home where she can relax and be a family member.

She is great with people, but she hasn't been around children. She is housebroken and crate-trained.

She is lively and boisterous with other dogs, but calm down if they get tired of her playfulness. She is used to running with both male and female Smooths and non-Smooths.

While Ginger was on the road being shown, her heartworm preventative schedule got out sync and she tested positive. It was caught very early, and she completed treatment, there will be no long term effects. She's very healthy and will be available to be rehired at the end of August.

Ginger will only be placed in a Terrier-experienced home, they are an active breed. If you're ready for a wonderful companion and years of love, please contact Catherine for more information at Cath@txaftr.com.
An adoption application and adoption fee apply.
