NOTE: Adoptions to Central/South Texas residents only

Please see FAQs for current adoption fees. DDRTX only adopts in Central/South Texas.

Email: ddrtxinfo@gmail.com Primary Website: www.DDRTX.org
Puppy #1 of Honey BeaGinger Ale is a sweet little girl puppy that was in a shelter with her mom and brother and sister. She is a dachshund mix-her mom is a dachshund/chihuahua mix but we don't know who dad is. Ginger Ale is a fast learner who's already mastered the basics - she responds to her name, knows "sit" and is fully crate trained (she actually loves her crate and sleeps peacefully through the night!). She's also a pro with the doggie door, making potty training a breeze. This affectionate girl loves cuddling with her humans. She's a playful and energetic, whether she's romping with other dogs, chasing squirrels in the backyard or just enjoying a good play session. With her soft eyes and gentle kisses, she's the perfect combination of playful and sweet. Ginger Ale is respectful with other dogs and knows when to give them space. She'd do well in a home with another friendly pup or as your one and only. Her hunting instincts kick in when she spots sqirrels, so a securely fenced yard would be ideal for the little adventurer! If you are looking for a loving, trainable companion whi will keep you entertained and shower you with affection, Ginger Ale is your girl. She's growing up fast and can't wait to find a home to call her own. Apply today to meet this special pup!

Love dachshunds and not ready to adopt or circumstances won't permit having a dog?
