Ginger Shih Tzu Cape Coral, FL

Hi world!!! It's me Ginger the smiliest girl you will ever meet. I am a 6 year old 12 lb ( yes I know I need to lose a little weight--who doesn't?) shih tzu girl looking for my forever home. Me and my pals came from a breeder that was reducing her numbers and we were the lucky ones that made it out and came to FCCR...yayyyyy!!! Now we know we are safe, will be cared for and loved until our perfect home comes along. As you can see from my photos, I am a littled naked aka shaved- that's because I was incredibly matted and my beautiful soft fur needed to "breathe" and I needed a bath! But no worries- it's already growing back and foster mommy says I am a beautiul girl with excellent house manners. I am a quiet girl who loves to be with my person and am an ace snuggler- I love belly rubs and ear rubs too. I get along great with other pups and I am a quick learner---I've even learned to go up the stairs---but working on going down them still! I'm also working on my leash skills. When I meet new people I am a little skittish but once I hear their/your loving voice and feel safe I am all smiles and all yours :-).
