Ginger's Story

Meet Clove, Ginger & Nutmeg!

These three adorable 9-week-old Pit Bull mixes are fresh into Wisconsin and are ready to start the next chapter of their lives!

Ginger is a neutered male, Clove is a spayed female, and Nutmeg is a neutered male. They came to us from a shelter in Texas and are still getting used to all the new sights, sounds, smells, and experiences that come with being in Wisconsin.

Despite being brand-new to their surroundings, these three are doing AMAZING! They are playful, curious, absolutely adorable, and already showing us what good little puppies they can be.

They are currently sharing an enclosure together and have been doing incredibly well for 9-week-old puppies. They are keeping their space clean and using a doggie door, which is pretty impressive for babies this young! They love to play, explore, wrestle with each other, and then settle in for some well-earned puppy naps.

Because they are only 9 weeks old, they're still learning about the world and will need families who understand that puppies take patience, consistency, training, and lots of love. They're just getting started, and we're excited to watch their personalities continue to blossom in their forever homes.

All three are up to date on vaccinations as appropriate for their age, microchipped, and already spayed/neutered.

Now all that's missing is the most important part - their forever families!

Could Clove, Ginger, or Nutmeg be the little addition your family has been waiting for?

If you're interested in adopting one of these sweet Texas babies, please submit an adoption application through Last Paw Rescue.

Fostered in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

Adoption Fee: $350

Apply to adopt here:
https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LPRI/Dog

Learn more about Last Paw Rescue at:
https://lastpawrescue.org

Last Paw Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
WI Agricultural License #285589-DSR
