Gillie's Story

Meet Gillie! This amazing girl has overcome a leg amputation, but if you think losing a leg has slowed her down, you clearly haven't met Gillie! She may be one leg down, but this girl is still full of positivity, personality, and plenty of pep in her step.

Gillie loves going for long walks, enjoying new adventures, and having a good time. She may need to take an occasional break to give those three remaining paws a little rest, but after a quick nap, she's right back at it and ready for her next adventure!

As much as Gillie loves fun, she's also a total cuddle bug. Once the excitement is over, she has absolutely no problem scooting herself right into your lap for some quality snuggle time. And when it comes to people, Gillie is a huge fan! She loves meeting new friends and soaking up all the attention she can get.

She's also figured out something pretty important: people are the ones who provide the food, the belly rubs, and the scratches. So naturally, Gillie would much rather hang out with her humans than with other dogs, she doesn't mind them she just has her priorities figured out.
