Gigi's Story

Gigi is ready for a forever or foster home.
In November Gigi came to us after being injured intentionally by a child. A tibia & femur in opposite legs were broken. They have healed now. Per a board-certified orthopedic vet, she'll need to be reevaluated at 9 months to see if she'll need a metal plate. She'll require joint supplements for life. She's had a negative fecal, multiple exams & all vaccinations. She's on heartworm & flea prevention and has been microchipped. She will be spayed at 5 months. Gigi is 13 lbs and 14 weeks old. We guess she'll be about 35 lbs.
She has been socialized with our dogs for the last 8 weeks. She loves them and understands growling and walks away. She plays with them and loves cuddling with them. She is kept in a pen lined with newspaper and will bark to let us know when she's thirsty and needs to potty. Gigi is extremely smart and food motivated. She'll be easy to train. You'd think nothing was ever wrong with her. She's so happy. Gigi loves everyone she meets and deserves a family who will give her the happy home she deserves.
