Gibby was rescued by one of our homeless volunteers who saw him being tied up 24/7 by a rope to a stack of wooden pallets in a junk-yard like setting in downtown LA. To make matters worse, the idiots that owned the pup, spray painted him to make him look undesirable so that no one would steal him. This type of animal abuse is common in the pallet and recycling yards in downtown LA. Enforcement is difficult, so we rely on our homeless volunteers to alert us to these types of situations. At only 10 weeks old, this little male pup is now healthy and happy, living with 11 other dogs, and has been cat tested - OK. He has been neutered and vaccinated. Now, Gibby needs his forever home.
