GIBBS's Story

Gibbs 's Story

Giblet arrived for the holiday season. He is a black and tan beagle mix, with some white. We think he is a beagle and black lab mix, or possibly a beagle and German Shepherd mix. Giblet is 45 pounds. The vet advised that he is at his maximum weight.

This young gentleman is very sweet. He wants to be close to someone -- sit close, be by someone's feet, lay against someone and be held, or snuggle. He enjoys pets and belly rubs. Giblet often jumps up with his paws wanting pets and attention. Like a beagle, he is food-focused, including helping himself to food within his reach and loving treats. He is good with other dogs and will play with them. Giblet walks well on a leash with a harness, although he can be hesitant to go outside or to use stairs.

This sweet and handsome guy is still developing into a grown dog and adjusting from his previous life and the shelter. But he will make a great dog and be a loyal, loving friend. If interested in Giblet, please contact Eva.

Contact Eva at 916-803-4935 or norcalbeagles@gmail.com
