When she made her entrance in her foster father's arms, GiGi promptly melted everyone's heart. If a picture is worth a thousand words, no words would be needed to describe this baby beagle (or maybe a baby basset hound?) When she was rescued GiGi was full of ticks, filthy, and hungry.
