He makes an excellent hiking or running buddy and would love an active lifestyle. Long walks, games of tug-of-war, and even pulling you along on rollerblades are right up his alley! He also rides great in the car, enjoys getting pets, takes treats gently, and has shown no reactivity toward other dogs.

This boy is not only athletic — he’s smart, too. Ghost knows sit, shake, wait to eat, goes in and out of his kennel on cue, and waits patiently at doors and thresholds. Around 3–5 years old, he is housetrained, dog-door trained, treat-motivated, and respectful in the home.

Ghost is currently living in a kennel at a boarding facility and dreams of having a home of his own — one with a soft bed, love, and plenty of space to run and play. Because he has a high prey drive and loves to chase small animals, a cat-free home is best. He would thrive with an active person or family with a secure yard, and he may even enjoy having a playful dog friend.

Ghost has never shown aggression toward people — just lots of happy enthusiasm! Because of his energy level, a home with older kids is recommended so no little ones get accidentally knocked over.

If you’re looking for a loyal, athletic adventure buddy who will make every day more fun, Ghost might just be your perfect match.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Adopt:
www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FPP/Dog

Foster:
www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/FPP/Dog

Questions or want to meet Ghost?
Text 602-695-6232
