Georgia's Story
Meet Georgia

Georgia is a 1–2 year old female beagle who weighs only about 20 lbs, making her the perfect small-sized hound. She's currently working on greeting people calmly and not jumping when she gets excited.

Like any true beagle, Georgia has an excellent nose and can detect squirrels, rabbits, and deer from impressive distances. Because of this, she will need to be kept on leash or in a secure fenced yard.

She would do best in a home that:

Can continue her routine and structure
Enjoys walks and outdoor time
Understands hound behavior and scent-driven dogs
Is willing to continue basic training and confidence building

Georgia is a sweet, happy little dog who is really starting to blossom now that she has stability and routine. She will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a small, friendly, affectionate dog with classic beagle personality.

If you love beagles, you will love Georgia.

https://www.midwestk9rescue.org/adoption/
