Georgia's Story
Georgia is a playful, silly girl who is social with every person she meets. She enjoys engaging with plush, squeaky toys. Georgia knows Sit and Shake already, and follows a hand lure into a Down. When meeting other dogs, she can get excited but was able to meet other dogs with proper greetings and has participated in play groups.

She is very cuddly with people she knows and can sometimes offer submissive body postures when being approached by unfamiliar people. Georgia was adopted and returned six months later due to body checking children in the home, not realizing her size and energy level. She has spent time in foster care where was reported to have done with other dogs in the home, will chew (normal young dog behaviors) things and settled in the evenings.

Georgia is medium-large sized mixed breed dog, approximately 10 months old and currently weighs 51 pounds.

Georgia has received their full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and is spayed. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. By adopting a Gigi’s Grad, you are helping other shelter dogs in need get vital care and an opportunity to find a new family, just like yours — together we’re improving the lives of shelter dogs™.
