George's Story

George’s story started the way too many do. He was found running down the street, picked up by a kind stranger, and after a few stops and starts, he landed safely with us. Now he’s ready for the very best chapter yet!

George is a 1.5 year old Boxer/pittie mix, about 55 lbs, and fully ready to find his people. He’s neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on his care.

George is friendly, affectionate, and bursting with personality and energy. He does well with other dogs, is crate trained and house trained, and already has basic obedience training. He loves toys, fetch, car rides, and being close to his people. He’s playful and goofy but also happy to settle in for cuddles when the day winds down.

He’s a young, energetic guy who will thrive with an adopter ready to keep up and give him the exercise he needs. George is the kind of dog who gives 100 percent of himself once he feels safe and loved.

Check out #sdfGeorge on Facebook or Instagram or streetdogfoundation.com/pup-profiles/george for more information and pictures!

*Behaviors not listed have yet to be tested.
