George's Story
Anyone who has spent time with children anytime over the decades knows Curious George. Books about this curious and mischievous chimp have captured the hearts and minds of readers throughout the world. What was his one endearing trait? He's a good little monkey who was always curious. Welcome to George, our new puppy at Rescue. George came close to being named Mork because one of our volunteers thought he was a bit of a dork. Super goofy but sweet! Like many puppies, George thinks that everyone wants to be a friend. He's great with both girl and boy dogs. He loves to play (he's also quite agile) but he's not exactly in the high energy category. He'll play hard for fifteen minutes or so and then he just wants to chill out. He loved riding in the car and was having quite a good time looking out the windows. So much to look at. He's a very curious little guy but then he has a lot of world that is new to him and that needs exploring. So, welcome to our own special "curious" George.

Please visit www.coastalgsr.org to learn more about our dogs.
