ADOPT GENERAL!<br/>Our Dollar General boy is ready to find a home! <br/>He was previously adopted from another rescue organization and sadly it seems his family made the decision to dump him when they could no longer care for him. He was on the run for about 6 weeks and stayed very close to our local Dollar General store until he was finally captured. <br/>General is 2 years old and 70 lbs. Don't let the size fool you, He is a mellow marshmallow-a gentle giant!! He is great with young puppies and all adult dogs. He is good with kids and not bothered by cats. He is pretty calm for his age. He loves to lean up against you for love. He enjoys a good butt scratch. He rides well in the car, fairly good on a leash and truly would love nothing more than to be a lap dog!! Don't miss out on this special guy. <br/>***December special. Adoption fees are reduced to $50 to approved homes. This includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccines, heartworm negative and started on prevention, flea/tick free and microchip. Apply to adopt at www.arlorescue.com ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: A secure fenced yard and good vet history.

An adoption application must be filled out. Once approved, we will set up a meet and greet. All animals are fully vetted before adoption. Cat fees are $100. Dog fees range from $150.
