Gemma's Story
Gemma, who was adopted from WRS as one of the Boo Crew puppies in 2015. Gemma was a devoted, constant companion, never leaving her mom's side. Without any family who could take Gemma, Gemma returned to WRS yesterday.

WRS makes a lifelong commitment to all of our rescues; we will always accept our rescues back if they ever lose their home. Gemma is resting comfortably, if not a little confused; she is a very sweet, gentle girl who has been through a lot. We're giving Gemma some time to adjust and then she will be seen by our vet after Christmas. We'll figure out what is in Gemma's best interest, and we'll go from there. What is important is that she is safe and with people who care about her.
