She rings the bell to go outside to potty and is so smart! Gemini knows many commands and is very well behaved. She sleeps in her crate at night, without any issues. Even when our cat bullies her, Gemini does not react. So well behaved!! She loves playing outside with our resident dogs, yet we are recommending a home where she is the only dog. Gemini is an active gal, and so loves to spend time with her humans.”<br/><br/>Gemini is a 4-year-old sweetheart who originally came to us from a home environment. Gemini is fully house-trained, and even rings a bell when she needs to go outside. She’s gentle, affectionate, and an absolute joy to have around. Whether she’s lounging by your side or showing off her perfect manners, Gemini is the kind of companion who fills a home with love and calm energy.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a well-mannered, loving, and truly special dog, Gemini is the one for you!<br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
