Gator's Story

Gator's story should have ended very differently. Fir 9 years, Gator knew what it meant to have a family. He knew what it was like to have a home, a couch to sleep on, and people to call his own. Then, after all those years, he was thrown outside to die in a horrible snow storm.

Somehow, through all that heartbreak and abandonment, Gator still believes in people. He is sweet, gentle, and simply wants to be near the ones he loves.

Gator is dog friendly, cat friendly, and kid friendly. He loves going for car rides, curling up on the couch for a good nap, and, most of all, being right beside his people. He doesn't ask for much - just a safe place to lay his head and someone to show him what FOREVER really means.

He deserves a family that will love him through his grey hairs, couch naps, and every adventure in between.

Fat Head Fosters Foundation's Adoption Policy
We verify residency (rent or own and if you have any breed restrictions). We also verify personal references, vet references, if current pets are up to date on vaccination and spayed/neutered. We do a meet and greet with the potential adopters first and then ask for a second one to meet current pets if applicable. This allows that first meeting a chance for you to focus on just the new pup.
