Gary came to Beauties after being found with an collar embedded after his neck. He spent eight weeks in vet boarding facilities prior to being brought temporarily into a foster home. He is now a foster home and looking for his forever home.<br/><br/>His foster is working with him on some undesirable behaviors like jumping and rough mouth play. He is quick to pick up on cues but sometimes has a hard time calming down if play gets too rough. He is very treat/food motivated and housebroken. He will chase treats into his kennel with a little coaxing but then is quiet once he's inside.<br/><br/>Gary absolutely loves tug with a rope and if his human doesn't have time to play he will entertain himself by throwing it up in the air and chasing it around. Gary also loves his naps in the sun, cuddles on the couch, and checking the fence to make sure no squirrels are threatening his castle. Gary is super sweet and is just looking for a home with strong human(s) that can continue to help him develop positive behaviors. In turn he promises to protect you, smother you with kisses, and cuddle you aggressively.
