Garnet's Story

Garnet is a gentle, soft-hearted young adult with a beautiful black coat and a sweet white patch on her chest. She may be a little shy as she settles into her new surroundings at Saving Grace, but once she feels comfortable, her loving nature shines. This 33-pound retriever/lab mix walks politely on a leash, enjoys meeting new people, and is happily working on gaining a bit of healthy weight (she's really been enjoying her meals!). Garnet would likely prefer a low key home without a lot of chaos and would likely prefer a home with older children if there are any. With patience, kindness, and a cozy place to land, Garnet will blossom into the loyal companion she's meant to be.
