GANDALF's Story

Gandalf is one of our oldest seniors we have at PAWS, and our heart absolutely shatters thinking about him spending his twilight years in a kennel. While he spent the majority of his life in a home, due to personal issues within the family, he was brought back to us in August of 2025. <br/><br/>Possibly one of the sweetest, most perfect dogs you have ever had the pleasure of meeting, Gandalf is gentle, intelligent, and housebroken. He can acclimate to almost any home and any environment, whether you have dogs, cats, or kids! He's usually staying with his very dedicated foster who could go on and on about how amazing Gandalf is! He loves treats, cuddling on the couch, and going on slow, easy walks. <br/><br/>Interested in meeting Gandalf? Fill out an adoption application! This sweet boy deserves to retire into a home, a true forever home!

All that we ask is that you give our animals happy, loving forever homes. We encourage you to talk to our staff about the kind of pet you are looking for. They know the animals and will help you find your personality match. If you find a dog or cat that you like, then we encourage you to spend some time bonding with them before you make up your mind. We have special areas at the shelter where you can walk and play with them to get to know them better.
