He earned the nickname “Splat” during a terrible moment in his past — someone threw him against a concrete wall — but what’s truly remarkable is that his spirit never broke. Today, Gabe is all love, all joy, and all resilience.<br/>He does have a leg deformity, but don’t let that fool you — Gabe gets around just fine and doesn’t let it slow him down one bit. (A video is available so you can see his happy little trot!) What really defines him is his personality: friendly, social, affectionate, and absolutely thrilled to meet new people.
