Gabby is a female lab mix weighing 55 lbs at 1 year. She is extremely friendly and affectionate . We put her through 4 weeks of basic obedience training. She was the hit of the class and wanted to play with all the other dogs. Gabby and her new family can take the class over at no further expense. Now that is a great deal! She is crated at night and while we are gone. She will eat any type of food you give her, a true chow hound! This girl needs an active home which has another dog about her size and age as a companion. The adopter will need to own their home with a visibly fenced yard. Older children in the family should do good with her. She has received her vaccines , been spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $150 which will assist us with her veterinary expenses and training. Friends In Need Animal Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

If interested in one of our adoptable pets, just contact us by email which is listed on each pet's information page. We will request you complete an adoption application and/or ask questions to see if you will be compatible to the requested pet. We then arrange a meeting with you / your family / and your other pets. If successful we will bring the pet out to your house (within a reasonable distance), or have you list some personal references on the application if too far of a distance. If for any reason the pet does not work out, you are required to notify us to see if we have a foster spot available and can rehome the pet. It may take up to a week to find an available space in foster care.
