Gabby's Story

MEET GABBY!

Gabby is a lovely young dog searching for a good home. She is always excited to see people. She can be a very lively presence but not without the ability to settle down. I often noticed that she's very curious of the things around her and especially in new areas.

When Gabby was brought in to SCAA she had been a long term stray and was highly malnourished. Thanks to the dedicated work of our volunteers and employees she is now back in good health. This time spent as a stray though has left her in need of a lot of training. She has come a long way and now handles well on a leash and is receptive to commands like sit and stay, but she will need the support of her loving family to learn more and begin to truly thrive.

Gabby is a 30 lb mixed breed, and like all of the pets at SCAA has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She does well with cats and other dogs.

If you would like to meet her please reach out to SCAA at 208-267-7504 or by email. We hope to hear from you soon!
