Adoptable Gabbie!<br/><br/>This youngster is looking for her forever family! <br/><br/>Gabbie was spotted as a single stray pup in a South Texas neighborhood (see pic!) At just about 8weeks old, she wandered all alone and then disappeared. We had seen posts looking for help for her, and together with a group of local rescuers, we were able to track her down to a local shelter. After securing a foster home, we sprung Gabbie from the shelter!<br/><br/>-female lab mix <br/>-approximately 9 months old<br/>-crate-trained<br/>-house-trained (occasional accidents if the human misses Gabbie’s cue to go outside)<br/>-vaccinated, microchipped, on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives <br/>-dog-friendly<br/>-loves to swim! (loves, loves, loves to swim!)<br/>-doing very well as she learns the sport of dock diving!<br/>-happy, busy, active, friendly pup!<br/><br/>She is a very active girl, and will definitely need an active person or family who love to walk and hike! We also think she’d make a great dog sports/dock diving or agility partner, as she loves to work for treats and learns fast! She’d do best with older kids (10ish years old), as she’s learning not to jump up on people when she’s excited, and could knock small kids over..
