Frosty's Story
Meet Frosty!

Frosty is a unique and charming 4-year-old terrier mix who weighs 35 pounds. With his confident and sometimes quirky personality, this “weird little man” is sure to bring fun and affection to the right home.

Frosty is a people-focused dog who thrives on human connection. While he gets along with other dogs, he prefers calmer canine companions who won’t overwhelm him. If other dogs get too pushy, he’ll politely growl to let them know he needs space. Frosty doesn’t play much with his furry friends, but he’s happy to coexist peacefully. However, cats are not his thing.

This chill boy loves car rides and will eagerly hop into the car as soon as the door opens. While leash walking is a work in progress, he’s making strides in his foster home. Although he’s accustomed to a fenced yard, Frosty doesn’t require one—he’s ready to learn how to enjoy walks with his future family.

At home, Frosty is the ultimate cuddle bug. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves spending quality time with his people. His adorable quirks include a harmless growling habit, which seems to be his unique way of expressing excitement or curiosity. He might growl while showing affection or during moments of adjustment, but it’s all part of his endearing charm.

Frosty is medium-energy and relatively calm for a terrier. He’s crate-trained and will happily trot in for a treat. Occasionally, he’ll surprise you with a playful jump—sometimes from the front, sometimes from the back—just to show his love.

Because of his strong personality and preference for stability, Frosty would do best in a home without young children. He’s neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and will come with a health certificate.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and entertaining companion, Frosty might be the perfect match. He’s ready to find a family who appreciates his unique personality and gives him the love he deserves. Could that be you?

https://www.livefreerescue.com/adoption-application

**We can’t adopt to MA residents**
