Meet Frodo <br/><br/> A lovable, approximately two-year-old boy with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming, 15.5 lbs. Despite being handicapped, he has a smart and sweet personality and impressively, is crate trained and able to walk well on a leash. While he can be shy around new people, Frodo has a mellow demeanor and forms a close bond with his owner once he warms up. Sadly, Frodo broke his left front leg before being rescued, but he remains a resilient and affectionate pup.<br/><br/>Frodo is an endearing dog who, with the right love and care, will continue to thrive and grow. He has made significant progress with his foster mom, and we are confident that he will flourish with the right family. As such, we are looking for a patient, gentle, and understanding family who will allow Frodo to adjust to life in his own time. A quieter area would be ideal to help Frodo come out of his shell and allow him to feel more comfortable. With patience and love, we know that Frodo will continue to blossom into the happy and affectionate pup that he is.<br/><br/>Adoption Process:<br/>1. Fill out an application form.<br/>2. Participate in phone interviews.<br/>3. Meet and greet with the dog.<br/>4. Check references.<br/>5. Finalize the details of the adoption and sign the adoption contract.<br/>6.
