Frisco is a 312-year-old, 48 lb brindle Bahamian Potcake whose happy outlook on life is impossible not to love.<br/><br/>After surviving life on the streets of the Bahamas, Frisco has embraced every opportunity that has come his way. He greets each day with a wagging tail, an adventurous spirit, and a quiet confidence that makes him a wonderful companion to have by your side.<br/><br/>Hes the kind of dog who loves being outdoors. Whether hes joining you for a walk, exploring a trail, helping in the garden, or simply stretched out in a sunny patch of grass, Frisco is happiest when he can enjoy the fresh air. On beautiful days, hell happily spend hours relaxing in a secure fenced yard, watching the world go by.<br/><br/>Frisco has an easy-going nature and settles beautifully into daily life. Hes crate trained, travels exceptionally well in the car, is comfortable with baths and nail trims, and has recently started attending structured pack walks where he has done very well. Hes playful without being over the top, affectionate without being demanding, and has a calm, contented way about him that makes him a pleasure to live with.<br/><br/>Like many former street dogs, Frisco is still building confidence with his recall, so a home with a secure fenced yard will allow him to safely enjoy the outdoor life he loves while continuing his training.<br/><br/>As a puppy, Frisco sustained an injury to one of his front leg before he was rescued, leaving it slightly bent. He also has some healed scarring on his neck from his early life. Both have been assessed by his veterinarian, who is very happy with them, and neither affects his comfort, health, or active lifestyle.<br/><br/>Frisco is neutered, fully vaccinated, and in excellent health.<br/><br/>He would be equally happy as the centre of someones world or sharing his home with another friendly, happy-go-lucky dog who enjoys playtime as much as relaxing in the sunshine.<br/><br/>Frisco has already proven how resilient he is.
